Just a fraction of your order—typically 2%–5%, with a small minimum on very low-cost orders (about $0.98–$1.30). For example, protecting a $100 order costs around $2–$3. The price is shown at checkout, and one fee covers your entire order.
Simply select “Add order protection” at checkout. The small fee will be added to your total, and your order is protected. No extra app, login, or signup needed—coverage is confirmed on your receipt and order email.
Go to the File a Claim page (link in your order email or at swipe.ai). Enter your order number + email, select the issue, and upload any evidence (e.g. photos of damage). Submit and you’ll get a claim confirmation and reference number. It only takes a few minutes.
SWIPE reviews most claims within 1 business day. If approved, you’ll get a replacement (if available) or refund/credit. Most cases are resolved within a few days, and you’ll receive updates by email throughout the process.
