What happens if there's an issue with my package?

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can file a claim with us. Upon approval, we'll arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the specific circumstances and your preference.

When can I file a claim?

If your package arrives damaged, you can file a claim right away. For lost or stolen packages, please wait for 5 days past the estimated delivery date before filing a claim. This allows for any potential shipping delays.
