Shopify: Grant Swipe Access to Your Store

When Swipe requests access to your Shopify store, you should receive an email with this request. If you can't locate the email, you can follow these steps to grant Swipe access.

Please note: The Swipe app must be installed on Shopify in order for Swipe to request access. If you haven't installed the Swipe app yet, click here.

Follow these steps to grant Swipe access to your store:

  • Log in to Shopify and click on the Home option.

  • At the top of the screen, there should be a yellow banner stating, SwipeApp LLC is requesting access to your store. Click Review request.

  • On the SwipeApp LLC Collaborator screen, it will list what Swipe would like permission to access. To grant access, click Accept request.

  • On the new page, scroll to the Permissions > Collaborator accounts section to see SwipeApp LLC listed. This means Swipe has access to your store.
